In-Home Assisted Living Inc. is looking for compassionate, caring and reliable individuals to join our family as Caregivers/Personal Support Workers (PSW's) for our clients Toronto. Work setting is within private homes.

As a IHAL employee, you will make a difference in the lives of our clients and their families through compassionate, client focused care.

Schedule: 
Mondays & Wednesdays 1pm-5pm

Location:
At a client's private home at Yorkmills & Bayview

How you will spend your days:
Meal Preparation and assisting with cooking
Light Housekeeping (IADL’s vacuuming, laundry, dishes etc.)
Assisting clients with mobility, ambulation, and transfers
Providing companionship and emotional support
Responding to emergency situations
Complete daily shift reports to communicate with Case Managers

Success in this role:
Experience with Cooking
Personal Support Worker Certificate
Foreign Nurse
Current CPR/First Aid Certification Preferred
Mobile phone (for timesheets and care plan updates)
Documentation skills
Ability to follow client care plan
Strong communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills
